The war in Ukraine was not and is not a “cyberwar,” but the range of activities conducted in cyberspace is reshaping the landscape of future armed conflicts. In this presentation, I will focus on how these changes may affect the responsibilities of those tasked with ensuring and monitoring cybersecurity within organizations.
